Maggi - Mughlai

MAGGI - MUGHLAI


Ingredients:
  
1. Maggi 10rs. Packet.
2. Ginger Peeled (1/4 piece)
3. Cloves Garlic Peeled (1 pieces)

4. Ground Cumin (1/4 teaspoon)

5. Ground Coriander (1/4 teaspoon)

6. Chili Flakes (1/4 teaspoon)

7. Ground Almonds (1/2 tbsp)


8. Cardamom Pods, bruised (1 piece)

9. Cinnamon Stick (1/4 piece)

10. Bay Leaves (1/4 piece)

11. Cloves (1 piece)




12. Yogurt (1 tbsp)

13. Chicken Stock (1 tbsp)

14. Fresh Cream (1/2 tbsp)

15. Raisins (5 pieces)

16. Garam Masala (1/4 teaspoon)

17. Sugar (1/4 teaspoon)

Let's Go

Step1:
Start cooking Maggi
as its regular process of 2-3 minutes.



Step2: 
Make a paste of peeled 1/4 piece ginger, 1 piece garlic, 1/4 teaspoon cumin, 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander and 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes into a blender. Add 1/2 tbsp ground almonds and water then blend again.
Pour the paste into Maggi and stir slowly.







 
Step3:
Add 1 piece cardamom pods (bruised), 1/4 piece cinnamon stick, 1/4 piece bay leaves, 1 piece cloves in Maggi and stir slowly.





Step4:
Pour 1 tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp chicken stock, 1/2 tbsp amul cream, and 5 pieces raisin in Maggi and stir slowly.

Step5:
Sprinkle over 1/4 teaspoon garam masala, 1/4 teaspoon sugar and stir gently for 2 minutes. 






Step6:
Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.



Serve hot n enjoy your Maggi like always.
