Maggi - Punjabi

MAGGI - PUNJABI


Ingredients:

1. Maggi 10rs. packet
2. Butter (7 tbsp)
3. Onion (2 tbsp)
4. Red Chilly Powder (1/2 teaspoon)
5. Cumin (1/2 tbsp)
6. Vegetable Oil (2 tbsp)
7. Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
8. Lemon (1/2 piece)
9. Garlic Paste (1/2 tbsp)
10. Green Chilly (1 piece)
11. Coriander Leaves
12. Butter Milk (1 glass)



Let's Go

Step1:
Start cooking Maggi
as its regular process of 2-3 minutes.


Step2:
Pour 6 tbsp of butter in Maggi and stir gently.


Step3: 
Cut onion, green chilly finely.
Pour 2 tbsp vegetable oil in PAN.
Pour cumin, onion, red chilly powder, salt, garlic paste, green chilly and stir slowly until onion turns golden.

 






Step4:
Pour the mixture on Maggi and stir gently.
Squeeze 1/2 lemon over Maggi and stir smoothly.





Step5:
Garnish with 1 tbsp butter and chopped fresh coriander leaves.
Serve with Chilled butter milk.






Serve hot n enjoy your Maggi like always.
