Maggi - Weekend

MAGGI - WEEKEND


Ingredients:

1. Maggi 10rs. packet
2. Tomato (1/2 piece)
3. Onion (1/2 piece)
4. Green Chilly (1 piece)
5. Organic Herbs (1/2 tbsp)
6. Cucumber (1/4 piece)
7. Yogurt (2 tbsp)
8. Vegetable Oil (2 cups) 
9. Cumin (1/2 tbsp)
10. Coriander Leaves

Let's Go

Step1:
Crush Maggi into small pieces and fry it in vegetable oil until it turns golden.
Note: Don't use Maggi masala.


Step2:
Cut tomato, onion, cucumber, green chilly into small pieces and make a mixture of it in a bowl.



Step3:
Add Maggi in the mixture and pour 2 tbsp of yogurt, Maggi masala and stir slowly.




Step4:

Sprinkle cumin, organic herbs over it. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. 




 
Serve warm n enjoy your Maggi like always.
