MAGGI - SUPER 30
Ingredients:
1. Maggi 10rs. packet
2. Peas (1 tbsp)
3. Carrot (1 tbsp)
4. Onion (1 tbsp)
5. Green Capsicum (1 tbsp)
5. Cumin (1/2 tbsp)
6. Garlic Paste (1/2 teaspoon)
7. Green Chilly (1/2 tbsp)
8. Schezwan Chilly Sauce (1 tbsp)
9. Peanuts (1 tbsp)
10. Turmeric (1/2 teaspoon)
11. Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
12. Red Chilly Powder (1/2 teaspoon)
13. Butter (2 tbsp)
14. Black Pepper (5 pieces)
15. Cloves (3 pieces)
16. Cinnamon ( 1/4 stick)
17. Cardamom (2 pieces)
18. Asafetida(Heeng) (1/2 teaspoon)
19. Mustard Seeds (1/2 teaspoon)
20. Oats (2 tbsp)
21. Vegetable Oil (3 tbsp)
22. Vinegar (2 tbsp)
23. Lemon (1/2 piece)
24. Soya Sauce (1 tbsp)
25. Jalapeno (1/2 tbsp)
26. Mustard Sauce (1 tbsp)

Let's Go
Step1:
Start cooking Maggi as its regular process of 2-3 minutes.
Step2:
Cut vegetables finely.Pour vegetable oil in pan and add all vegetables in it and stir gently until onion turns golden.
Put pan on low flame.
Pour cumin, red chilly powder, garlic paste, turmeric, salt, mustard seeds in pan and stir slowly.
Step4:
Cut paneer into small pieces.
Pour paneer, vinegar, soya sauce in pan and mix slowly until paneer turns yellowish.
Then pour whole the pan mixture to Maggi and mix slowly for 1 minute.
Step5:
Take black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, Asafetida(Heeng), oats in grinder and grind it finely for 1 minute.
Then add the mixture to Maggi and stir gently.
Step6:
Add mustard sauce, schezwan chilly sauce, jalapeno in Maggi and stir gently.
Step7:
Add peanuts, amul butter in Maggi and stir smoothly.
Squeeze lemon over it and mix.

Step8:
Put charcoal in another pan and pour some vegetable oil over it.
Now put the charcoal in Maggi and cover it by lid for 1 minute to give Maggi smoky flavour.
Step9:
Spread amul cheese over Maggi and garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot and enjoy your Maggi like always.
