Hot Masala Indian Tea


This is the unique recipe of Indian tea, which i tried to boost my energy and its delicious. Its also help to get relief from cough and cold.


Ingredients: (Servings 1)

  • Milk (3/4 cup)
  • Water (1/4 cup)
  • Cloves(Lavang) (2 pieces)
  • Cinnamon Stick (1/4 piece)
  • Ginger Chopped (1 teaspoon)
  • Glucose Biscuit (1 piece) 
  • Coffee Powder (1/2 teaspoon) 
  • Sugar (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Tea (2 tbsp)



Instructions

Take a pan and pour water to boil.
Add Ginger, Cloves, Cinnamon and wait for 2 minutes.



 Add tea and sugar in it and wait for a minute.

Add milk and glucose biscuit in it and stir. Put the stove on low flame for 2 minutes.


Pour tea in cup and sprinkle coffee powder over it.
 

Strain & Serve hot.
