MAGGI - FRENCH
Ingredients: (Servings 1)
1. Maggi 10rs. packet (1/2 slice)
2. Eggs (2 pieces)
3. Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
4. Butter (1 teaspoon)
5. Black Pepper as Taste
6. Cheese (1 cube)
Let's Go
Step1:
Start cooking Maggi as its regular process of 2-3 minutes.
Step2:
Beat eggs, salt and pepper with 2 tbsp of water in large bowl until blended.

- Pour in egg mixture. Mixture should set immediately at edges.
- Gently Push cooked portions from edges toward the center with inverted turner so that uncooked eggs can reach the hot pan surface.
- Continue cooking, tilting pan and gently moving cooked portions as needed.
- When top surface of eggs is thickened and no visible liquid egg remains, Pour Maggi on one side of the omelet and grate cheese over it.
- Fold omelet in half with turner. With a quick flip of the wrist, turn pan and slide omelet onto plate.
Serve hot n enjoy your Maggi like always.
