OCG Detox Drink


ORANGE-CARROT-GINGER   DETOX

Oranges are powerhouses of antioxidants and vitamin C. Carrots are loaded with beta-carotene and fibers aiding in weight loss and digestion. Ginger is an age old home remedy for digestion, bloating, stomach cramps and packed with anti-inflammatory properties.
 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1 Orange
  • 1/4 Inch Ginger (Crushed)
  • 1/4 Lemon (1 teaspoon)


 Instructions:

  1. Juice the orange and carrot separately.
  2. Pour the juice in a blender add ginger.
  3. Blend for 30 seconds and then squeeze half lemon.
  4. Strain and serve.

Key Ingredients: Carrot, Oranges, Ginger (Crushed), Lemon (1 teaspoon)
