ORANGE-CARROT-GINGER DETOX
Oranges are powerhouses of antioxidants and vitamin C. Carrots are loaded with beta-carotene and fibers aiding in weight loss and digestion. Ginger is an age old home remedy for digestion, bloating, stomach cramps and packed with anti-inflammatory properties.Ingredients:
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1 Orange
- 1/4 Inch Ginger (Crushed)
- 1/4 Lemon (1 teaspoon)
Instructions:
- Juice the orange and carrot separately.
- Pour the juice in a blender add ginger.
- Blend for 30 seconds and then squeeze half lemon.
- Strain and serve.
